Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from YUNITI, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused with original tags/packaging and in an acceptable condition (Plastic wrap must be unopened).
• All markdown sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items. 

CANADIAN & USA Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a Canadian/USA return or exchange, please click to continue (both forms were included in your order envelope with your invoice or you can click either for a printable PDF). If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product we will issue you store credit within 7 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.

International Returns and Exchanges

To initiate an international return or exchange, please click to continue (both forms were included in your order envelope with your invoice or you can click either for a printable PDF). Include the form with your return/exchange item and ship to the address listed below. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping once we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product, we will issue you store credit that is redeemable immediately once the product arrives at our warehouse in returnable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on international shipping or customs and duties charges.

REFUNDS

• All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.

• Refunds for orders purchased with YUNITI Lifestyle Gift Cards will be issued as a YUNITI Lifestyle Gift Card and emailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
